Ever since I moved to this address I have been complaining about my internet constantly rebooting. Now it reboots atleast once an hour everyday if not more than that. I asked for the main line to be replaced and they sent a tech who supposedly came before the scheduled time and left before time.

  • Have a big personality and a good work ethic and understand we are there to help all customers not just tech savvy ones. The elderly really need a lot of patience and understanding that some of the cases are home bound and their TV is their only contact with the outside world
