Customer Service, notifying customers of change, not incorrectly billing their customers, changing auto-renew contracts, etc. Offer non-contract service agreements like the other providers so you can cancel at anytime. Put all service agreements in one account and not have multiple accounts.
There was a very large buyout offer made to employees late last year. Unfortunately, we're completely understaffed. The main focus of the company is to sell itself off. They are willing to let the new owner pick up the pieces.
Listen to customers. Train employees better.
