Competent , expert, kind , entrepreneurial, innovative
Down to earth, humble and young
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication is not very good
Addressing individual concerns and working on communication.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health care relative to other companies. Good 401k match. Lots of vacation time and paid holidays.
Good health insurance with low deductible
Salary and bonus is above average
I'm extremely satisfied with my compensation package.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I am fortunate to work with some incredibly talented technical people that help build my own technical skills.
They are all engaged in the company's success
The majority of my teammates are professional , experienced, competent and collaborative. Colleagues in operations /engineering are A+ in culture and business accumen.
Everyone gets along great and communicates effectively.

The culture is very positive and filled with a sense of teamwork to accomplish the greater goals of the organization.
The openness and forward thinking OD the executive team.
It's a company where it's encouraged to work hard and advance quickly.
