It will be interesting this coming year because best boss I've ever had is moving on this month, we are launching app to gov't & my review is coming up in few months. I have loved working here, feel very blessed on all fronts. I'm hoping for career path advancement. If that works out will be awesome
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Only been here a year but hoping yearly review will allow SuprTEK opportunity to give me a raise according to industry standards
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very challenging problems to solve but everyone rolls up their sleeves to solve them together. Lots of talent, respect all my co-workers greatly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
pretty willing to try different things based on feedback. Tough environment past 2 years being in COVID. I was hired after COVID started so I only know remote, I'm sure fun atmosphere if in office every day. Get to know leadership better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm one of the few women in company, but the guys are extremely respectful/professional and I'm always amazed how my skills are so greatly appreciated, I am not afraid to contribute and in general, can work with any of them. Love it here thank you!
What makes you most happy at work?
There's so much to do it can get completely overwhelming. But as long as guys I work with are open to "getting it done someday" that helps me because I need help prioritizing. I love working alone so independent time is helpful for my well being. But I also appreciate collaborative work.
