They need to do their jobs, execute their tasks themselves without pawning off to others and live up to their mistakes.

A few coworkers get away with doing effectively nothing. Others have a severe lack of quality/reliability in their work that is far below their experience level. They also often forget what the team is doing outside their work. Accountability, self-reflection, and awareness respectively.
