Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They have set arbitrary limits on salary and the only way to get paid more is through bonuses.

Not really undervalued. Just close to two years with the same salary and would be interested in this year's assessment and would like to see what I can improve upon to work towards getting a raise.

I don't feel undervalued but I do feel like that I'm carrying the slack of others that are underperforming and am frequently called about equivalent positions starting at a higher salary. Performance vs. Title/Experience based salary and incentives would go a long way.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It has been a few years now since I interviewed but what I remembered was, I liked most was interviewing with different levels of leadership including the PM that I would report to.

My interview was very laid back. It was mostly a conversation about what they needed and what I have done in my career.

Seems like there is no leadership, only arbitrary profit goals without a plan to achieve them. After working on opportunities and having senior leadership poopoo them is frustrating.
