I like small companies in particular, and this company goes out of their way to work with their employees and keep people happy staying here. It's definitely one of the best companies I have been employed by.

The salary and annual reviews, with other small perks as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Again, the interaction with the team. With IT work, this is essential anyway if you are going to learn and gain experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Communication between all of us on the contract, and with our executive leadership. There are not too many places where your voice can be heard, up the chain of command, but here they do listen.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Supportive of employees to get training and other work opportunities, if needed. Also, SuprTek really tries to be inclusive and fun, which you could look at as team building activities but at least they care. Finally, the managers I've worked with are knowledgeable and experienced.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Interaction and support between the IT staff. We have weekly meetings to see and hear from everyone. Work well together to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Even a little competition sometimes, but we also support and help each other out while keeping it fun.
