Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not quite at market rate, and the loss of equity awards has cut into our total compensation package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most on my team are highly creative, very collaborative, and respectful of differing opinions. It's the strong teams that make this a great place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A willingness to take risks, move fast and listen to different voices. We constantly strive to advance our culture with open intent and to build trust within and throughout the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I truly love what I do and enjoy Talend's willingness to be creative. I appreciate my team members, and feel appreciated in return. Enjoying my role, knowing I am valued, and having trust in my team members--that's everything.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I especially appreciate our leaders' willingness to communicate openly and often, and that they focused on our wellness and wellbeing throughout the pandemic. In our current growth phase, they give focus to how we can better collaborate and innovate - it's an open conversation for all employees.
