I have been here a very long time and for a long time loved this company, but have lately seen that employees are treated unfairly, not on merit and not based on performance. Team Leaders do their best to be fair but are stuck carrying out unethical practices sent down by the directors and vp's.

My coworkers are normally friendly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was so easy that it was hard to not get a job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are COMPLETELY undervalued. I make less than some fast food workers. Give us a raise and take action on some of our suggestions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to promote and give raises or demote and lay off based on work ethic and performance not on personal feelings and on relationships. They rehired somebody into the executive team who was UNREHIRABLE because she was a friend of the family!
