I really enjoy working with my coworkers and surgeons. I, however, have not had a good experience with my immediate manager. She is not approachable and has negative feedback without any positive feedback. I did not start off my employment well with very little orientation due to poor staffing.

I enjoy taking care of my patients and making their experience as postive as possible.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to give some positive feedback to employees. The communication board in the OR hallway is usually filled with negative comments such as, "Do your job!"
What did you like most about the interview process?
Well it was really informal. I kust came one day and talked with my manager and met some current employees and surgeons that i had already known.
