It is a great company, but the manager and TAs are a little immature. Jokes can be made, but it seems as if their maturity level is not showing professionalism, DESPITE their high levels of skill. The unprofessionalism has led to "inappropriate memes" and a lack of control over the class in whole.

SOME of the people are learning, at a reasonable rate.
What makes you most happy at work?
the excitement of working alone, besides the customers calling in
What do you like best about the leadership team?
its good, but they are rushing to make young people leaders who do not have the maturity for it.
