My team is the best, we all give 100% and truly want to heal every patient!

When my team comes together it's magical, we can truly heal people body, mind, and spirit.

The culture perpetuates positivity, we are smiling and finding joy, it helps our patients smile and find joy and most importantly HOPE!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my position is drastically under paid for the work we do as well as compared to the same position within other companies in my area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not think I am paid enough for my position in my area my position is starting at 3 to 4 dollars an hour more than what I currently make.
