My experience here at TOI has been great I have learned a lot and I feel like I'm still learning which I love I also feel like I make a difference in patient care even if they sometimes don't see me because I'm mostly in the mixing room.

My current team please don't move us lol. What also makes me happy is that we can make an impact in a patients life.

My current team is amazing they really show they care about the patients we have even if some patients don't give back the same love they still treat them with respect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Comfort level we have with each other that we can talk to each other with respect and I feel like we can speak about a problem we have if any were to arise.
