My overall experience has been great, TOI aims provide and aims to foster a great work environment, all while allowing patients to obtain great care for difficult diagnosis. When you witness a patient have a sucessfull outcome in their care, it feels good to know you played role in that.

I feel our company culture supports both team and individual efforts in our day to day operations
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving/ assisting any issues for a patient in their care while under the care of TOI, or simply showing compassion towards the patient and their family/loved ones.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The doctors do care and want to have the best outcome for patients. Peers are supportive. Director is supportive, available and actively involved in day to operations, challenges and solutions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The average healthcare operations manager salary in my local area pays an average of $115,000 per year and up to $150,000 per year for managing one office and not multiple offices as TOI does . A substantial raise ( not 3%), more retirement matching would make me feel better.
