I like working at TOI. However its concerning how many employees are leaving to the other company. These people had been wih the company for years and it can be seen alarming. Its like they know something we don't

That I have a say on my role and things get accomplished

my team is split apart and we do not communicate on a daily basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compared to others in the same field an same experience, I am not getting paid accordingly, Raises are so discouraging.
