I really loved working with TOI, however once new management started it seem like things took a turn for the worst. She has a bully nature, she has been officially reported and written up by 3 different members of her staff regarding her unprofessional approach to the staff in front of patients.

The patients, my coworker, and the job that I do very well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We respect each other and the company. We get along very well and work well together. We have a very happy and respectful work environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to listen to the employees and not bully the employees. They tell the employees to do what you are told and their is no other way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have many years of experience and those who do not have the experience that I have is getting paid more than me. Management makes you feel voiceless. They tell you to do it their way and forget what you know. That is not right. I should be paid more.
