What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Its nice to see teammate spotlight on the intranet but its unfortunate we don't see enough spotlight happening for the corporate office.

What makes you most happy at work?

building rapport with the patients and getting to know them on a personal level and being that person that can understand their challenges they face in their health life style.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My teammates are always open to helping each other and going above and beyond for patients. It's nice to know we can count on each other for anything without any pushback.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the work I've been doing. I firmly believe that I and many employees in the company deserve better compensation as we are a specialty practice. There are fast food chains with better pay rates than what TOI is paying their employees.
