My experience has been great so far because although I am super busy and moving fast, I feel supported by my manager, team, and other departments. We work as one team and I love the positive environment. I do feel work/life balance.

Getting recognized for my hard work by manager and being able to work on projects I am passionate about
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary and bonus is good but the talent aquisiton team doesn't get stocks and I hope that changes in the near future
