The people + perks. I feel overall comfortable chatting with anyone working for the same interests/mission

They seem to be improving and responding to raised issues and complaints. I also appreciate them having some transparency in communication / being somewhat approachable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really appreciate their balance of work and personal life (and eagerness to support each other). People seem genuine and my manager is exremely supportive.
