I have really enjoyed my time at tinder. The work life balance is great. The projects are challenging and I am learning a lot. I am surrounded by brilliant people and it encourages me to keep up with the pace and learn every day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am happy with the salary, RSUs, the 401k match and the team trips.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy delivering projects and new features and then seeing them out in the wild on the app.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that everybody is happy to hop on a call whenever, but I am also left to my own time to get projects done without being bothered.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager gives me a lot of flexibility to do projects the way that I want to do them and doesn't micromanage. He shields me from additional conversations that I don't need to be a part of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very smart. Every single person is extremely capable and good at communicating what needs to be done. There is nobody on the team that I feel like is a vulnerability to getting work done.
