I have loved my time so far at Tinder. From the moment I joined everyone went above and beyond to reach out and make me feel a part of the team, which given that we are all remote at the moment, meant that I feel connected to Tinder even though I haven't been able to meet anyone in person yet.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've really enjoyed my Time at Tinder so far. Joining a company while we are all remote during a pandemic was definitely something I was nervous about, but Tinder has done such a great job of making me feel apart of the team from day 1.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working together to deliver an app that can bring people together throughout the world.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even in a virtual world, Tinder has done an amazing job at creating opportunities to interact with coworkers and get to know people throughout the org.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Commitment to DE&I and supporting all of our ERGs, we have really invested in them and I am excited to see what they have planned for the year!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Have taken extra steps to communicate the vision for Tinder and keep everyone up to date with what we are trying to achieve and what we need to do to get there.
