I'm here because of the immediate people that I work with. I hate that the business is US focused and international is an after thought from benefits to perks (such as $500 to spend on home office equipment) and product roll outs.

Honesty, team players, having each other's backs and sharing success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm assuming that this refers to the executive board? I would say visibility and accessibility to our function leader.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Expectations vs reality. Sometimes the expectation levels are too high and a lot of pressure is put on to 'fix things'. Discovering that dollars come before the safety of our members doesn't feel great. It's an under invested area. As well as customer service.
