horrible management by a bunch of amateurs. Extreme rigidity and stifling paperwork. All the contractors that I started with quit ... and 5 direct employees either quit (with no back up plans) or switched departments. Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Literally nothing. Good food at the cafe tho.
What makes you most happy at work?
nothing ... the fact that I can eat lunch makes me happy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
coworkers have the personality of wet noodles. They are smart (mostly because they can follow extremely detailed processes perfectly without really questioning anything.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was 30 minutes where they asked me canned questions ... and my answers didn't even have anything to do with the actual role they hired me for!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid 50 an hour for basically filling out paper work ... that keeps pilling up. Our coversheets have coversheets ... and some sad sap in Japan goes through everything and makes sure everything is perfect. No flexibility ... everyone is miserable.
