The flexibility to do business on my own accord as well as have a team behind me pushing me to do better and be better

Everyone always attempts to make the best of things and to not be negative but still critical for improvement. They want to see you succeed and improve.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everyone has a base commission of 35%, you can increase that percentage by building a team and getting promoted to more senior titles, which have contracts with higher base commission
