Very very high energy people, just makes you want to be around them
Listening and not lieing as well as keeping word site management is worst also dating an employee under her
explaining their products inside and out. And being honest
Defining a strategy and bottom up initiative development and execution
Stop micromanaging, and stop with the constant change.

I make very good money
Earning porential is better than other jobs in the same industry
Benefits are mediocre/poor and base pay is lower than many other companies of similar size in Denver.
I feel lied to and for the compensation, i would feel bad knowing what i know now to even offer anyone your services.
Health insurance is terrible - high deductible and huge co-pays. Bonuses never pay at 100%, even when company is doing great.
Stock price has bottomed out and valueless
Better pay. Way better health insurance

My team is collaborative and uplifting
Good lead on nights friendly
Again, very high energy people that actually makes you want to be around them because they want to do good for themselves and for others
Brainstorming and sharing ideas and experiences
Educating them more about how your products/services truly work
There is no process for planning work delivery. Everyone throws darts at aboard to figure out what work can get done when.
Less gossip and a supervisor who is effective and capable.
Review from Operations Dept
They need to be more engaged in the affairs of their own team as opposed to those of other teams.
Review from Legal Dept
I have a great bunch of co-workers who are knowledgeable and want to do well. Management works us against each other, rather than up with each other on a team. Management does not show any confidence in their teams and micromanages them until they feel insecure and belittled.
Review from Legal Dept
Everyone always attempts to make the best of things and to not be negative but still critical for improvement. They want to see you succeed and improve.
Being recognized and rewarded for my performance
The work environment is inclusive.
Review from Operations Dept

Cultural revolution and a culling of old ways
The questions were great and thought provoking
It was a long time ago but i liked meeting with different managers and understanding my job and what is expected

The interview process was very comfortable for me.
Review from Operations Dept
When I interviewed in 10 months ago it was ok
Great teammates and work life balance
Working from home makes me happy
The flexibility to do business on my own accord as well as have a team behind me pushing me to do better and be better
Helping someone better inderstand their retirement plans and what is needed to get them to retirement
The people are outstanding and managers are supportive and smart
Transamerica's inforce customer service department is the worst. Agents spend more time smoothing things over with customers than they do in the field.
Review from Finance Dept
There is too much work trying to be put through the funnel and huge turnover. Everyone is burnt out.
Reorganization fatigue has set in and effects morale
Too many changes. Create something and stick with it
Management is rudderless. People are overworked, fearful and competitive. Management needs to focus on behavior rather than appearances.

culture, fun environment and motivating co workers
