What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop micromanaging, and stop with the constant change.

They need to stop using funds on ridiculous measures such as renovating the Cedar Rapids building.

Leadership is in the same fight that everyone is - every man for themselves. They don't see the big picture of lifting up your employees for a stronger team and therefor stronger management.

The best part about my compensation is my base salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't had a raise in 3 years and the new bonus structure pits co-workers against each other to fight for the same piece of money.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be more engaged in the affairs of their own team as opposed to those of other teams.

I have a great bunch of co-workers who are knowledgeable and want to do well. Management works us against each other, rather than up with each other on a team. Management does not show any confidence in their teams and micromanages them until they feel insecure and belittled.

Enough employees to do the work. Managers that listen to employees.

The constant layoffs lead to a culture of fear. The workload is crushing as there are not enough people to do the work. Talented people are fleeing.

The company is in a very dark place right now. People are feeling undervalued they are not being compensated appropriately. The bonus structure has been changed to pit co-workers against each other to battle for the same piece of money.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is rudderless. People are overworked, fearful and competitive. Management needs to focus on behavior rather than appearances.

Management is inconsistent and constantly turning over and changing procedure. They need to recognize the strengths of people who have been there for years and years and value them. They are the only thing that is going to save this company.
