It is so fantastic to be surrounded by such smart, talented and driven colleagues, but also people that show empathy, heart and kindness as friends. I feel empowered to grow and learn every day and I find myself smiling and laughing in most of my meetings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock Options so I feel like I have some stake/ownership in the companies success. I also appreciate the flexibility we have in our hours, the ability to work from home as well as temporarily from other locations.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having colleagues that I know on a social level and feeling supported by them. Seeing our customers be delighted by our product. The sense of humour everyone seems to have and people don't take themselves too seriously.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love collaborating with my team. Everyone is really driven to learn and be better each day, but also to support others around them in their journey. This manifests in lots of knowledge sharing and being each others cheerleaders in success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The celebration of each other's successes. There is a true focus on winning as a team rather than an individual, while also highlighting people that have done great work. When someone succeeds they often call out those behind the scenes that helped them achieve their goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The friendly people that I met were so open with me on what they thought the company was doing well and what they thought we could improve on. The interviews while assessments felt conversational and I learnt so much about the people, product and company while I was in them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their great communication in the good times and their transparency in the not so good times (with also clear plans on what actions we can take to improve). Our leadership team is approachable and friendly. They also genuinely care about their employees and strive to do what is best for them.
