I have been working at tray for about 5 months now. I joined tray during the pandemic and I was quiet nervous about join a new company after doing a career change. However, since I joined the team has always supported me in every way possible both personally and professionally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package would have to be the stock options.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
* The team works together. No matter the circumstance, the team always get's behind each other to support one another.
What did you like most about the interview process?
* Communication was clear and on time. * The recruitment team were with there to help and support every step of the way. * The recruitment team and Tray met every deadline they set for themselves and the communication was very prompt
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about the employee. It is not always a mad race to meet deadlines. The company really encourages us to have fun and it's easy to do when the management is leading the charge. Due to this, the difficult and stressful days seem pretty easy to overcome.
What makes you most happy at work?
* Being able to work with diverse projects. * Flexibility and autonomy. * Getting the opportunity to work with some big clients. * The work is challenging but there is always support so you never feel like you are on your own. * The company and management are very aware of work/life balance.
