everyone is on the same page, no negativity running around and it's not because its being swept under the rug, there are just genuinely a lot of positive people here
What is the best part about your compensation package?
i actually wish quota was a bit more attainable but it is difficult to scope out from an early stage company. could use some additional outside of work perks and 401k matching as well, solid core benefits but definitely room for improvement
