Honestly, my experience at Tray has been amazing. From the interview process, all the way down to onboarding and meeting Leadership. The culture here really is employee centric and allows everyone to shine in their own ways.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe everyone is friendly. Regardless of your title, people are willing to give a helping hand and give you insight from their experiences, role, etc. It's reassuring to have other departments so open for communication.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe our leadership team is truly approachable. From my manager to Rich, they have an open door policy that focus's on what you would like to touch base on (career goals to chatting about the weekend).
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team focus's not only on our successes, but our team defeats. I believe my team has some really caring people that not only want to succeed in their role but also see their teammates succeed as well.
