Work in progress. Ambitious goals and a desire to do things faster are, fairly, coupled with an acceptance of risk. In contrast, we have many products that are mission critical for customers and way more caution is needed. We'll get there.

Good balance of backgrounds, everyone contributes according to their strengths, respectful of others opinions, always looking for solutions
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
300 words isn't enough and I haven't formulated a concise fix yet. It's to do with the rigidity of work units and the ability to inspire quality, consistent and repeatable work. Humans are variable and the risk management of the model is not taking account of that.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Remote work is hard. The company acknowledges that. The work to mitigate the productivity loss is not being done. The overwhelming, and obvious, feature that results is that good people are overloaded and they, along with many others do just enough to move things off their desk rather than finish it
