When I started several years ago, it was very bumpy, a lot of silos and communication between departments was awful. Since then we've made great strides, there's much more communication and cooperation. The quality of people working here has improved and it's a happier place.

We have achievable MBOs and good opportunities for bonus payments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're investing in what we have rather than doing acquisitions and talking about an IPO.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us are very transparent - we know what is happening, why it's happening, in advance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're focused on eliminating bad actors, people who are trying to do harm to our clients. It's great knowing were helping to protect people from criminals.
