In the short time I have been here I am very happy with the relationships I have built and the willingness my teammates have had to help each other succeed. I appreciate the onboarding and am excited to meet so many of my sales and marketing colleagues at our sales kickoff!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is helpful, collaborative and fun. Even though we are primarily remote - we all have a friendly relationship
What makes you most happy at work?
I just generally enjoy my job and being able to interact with my marketing team, my partners and my channel managers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If what I need for my job is not available, someone will help me find it or offer to help me build it for my partners.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is Ok. My salary is good, but my PTO, insurance and basic benefits seem to be generally aligned with the market and nothing super special
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a new employee, I was happy that my immediate VP came out to meet me and helped to onboard me. I also was happy that my CMO was very welcoming. I also appreciated the SLT virtual meet and greet.
