What are some of the best things about your team?
The team dynamic is amazing, we are all a bunch of different yet similar people from a wide range of backgrounds. We all know how to have a laugh and make sue things get done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on market rates, it would seem that I am below the market average. With inflation and rising costs, times are becoming more difficult on existing compensation. That being said, review season is upon us so this could change my views depending on what the company does.
