U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 based on a single, somewhat audacious goal: become the first nationwide,
all-inclusive litigation support company.
Over two decades later, we have over 1,000 employees, a network of nearly 5,000 independent court reporting professionals and can provide on-demand access to more than 12,000 offices in over 2,700 cities across the country. We cover more than 350,000 depositions each year and retrieve more than 400,000 records.

I have been challenged to use my skills for the betterment of the company. I have grown and learned a ton in my industry and about myself.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
There have been ups and downs like any other company but we have gone through them together. Knowing that we are all in the same boat, have the same goal, and are committed to each other as much as we are to the company makes it a fun and exciting ride.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable, visible, and hold Town Halls.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping people. Knowing that my contribution makes a positive impact.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are numerous benefits to select from and available to employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employee events are fun. Almost everyone is welcoming and friendly. The emphasis on work-life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really care about each other as people. Everyone is always willing to jump in and help each other out!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very down-to-earth and approachable. They are passionate about the company goals and accomplishing them the right way.

The camaraderie of the team and the work hard, play hard attitude. We care about each other as people and as co-workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love helping people and doing what I am good at. It brings me great satisfaction knowing that I provided excellent customer service.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The connection with my team and manager. We work hard and we also have fun and laugh and learn. Every day is different and interesting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that I can pick and choose what works best for me and my family. I really like the "extras" like pet insurance, parental leave, and floating holidays. They are always adding new things based on our feedback.
