U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 based on a single, somewhat audacious goal: become the first nationwide,
all-inclusive litigation support company.
Over two decades later, we have over 1,000 employees, a network of nearly 5,000 independent court reporting professionals and can provide on-demand access to more than 12,000 offices in over 2,700 cities across the country. We cover more than 350,000 depositions each year and retrieve more than 400,000 records.
To date, we’ve acquired over 25 companies — 15 in a 3-year period alone. In light of those accomplishments, below is what we’d say about our original goal. read more
Positive. The experience is what I make of it. Coworkers are key to the experience and I have some of the best in the company, in my humble opinion.

Work life balance is present; however advancement is not a goal of the company, nor is development of my skill set beyond my specialty knowledge. I'm given the freedom to find the opportunity myself, however not given credit for the many big wins due to numerous leadership/mgmt changes.

It's a collaborative environment that invites brainstorming and ideas to forge new processes and revisit old ones with a new approach

The challenges of innovation and people management. Love working with and mentoring folks into their new chosen career of becoming a CER.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Confidence in the adopting new technology to keep up with the demands of an extremely valuable but diminishing resource, the traditional court reporter/stenographer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Efforts made to talk about and share achieved goals, future goals and financials. Open Q/A at Town Halls. Status Reports of each major division at Town Halls.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pushing innovation, allowing SME feedback to help guide the process. Working with metrics across the board to help the managers manage their process and people. We need more of this though. A robust BI team to assist the managers would be ideal.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being given the autonomy to develop a resource that will soon be the go-to in the industry, Digital Reporters, who are well-trained and supported. Working with an industry vendor that is a leader in our industry to test their technology for our growing resource.
