U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 based on a single, somewhat audacious goal: become the first nationwide,
all-inclusive litigation support company.
Over two decades later, we have over 1,000 employees, a network of nearly 5,000 independent court reporting professionals and can provide on-demand access to more than 12,000 offices in over 2,700 cities across the country. We cover more than 350,000 depositions each year and retrieve more than 400,000 records.

I moved from entry level DE to managing the DE team with no resume experience in less than 2 years. The opportunity for growth is amazing if you have the desire and drive to make it happen.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling of accomplishment outside of being a mother
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to ideas and hear the thoughts of others. Everyone has always been willing to discuss all options on the table
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The loyalty of the DBB team everyone is willing to go above and beyond for each other without waiver and without a second thought. We are a family thanks to Dianna.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team moral was pretty low when I joined. All 1:1 meetings were assumed to be that they were in trouble. Now with lots of love and dedication the team supports each other in and out if work and seamlessly connected for a better tomorrow
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the pay does not reflect the workload in my current position. The team i manage is larger than most and requires a multitude of duties. Although this is not discouraging as i am willing to always earn my place in the company
