U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 based on a single, somewhat audacious goal: become the first nationwide,
all-inclusive litigation support company.
Over two decades later, we have over 1,000 employees, a network of nearly 5,000 independent court reporting professionals and can provide on-demand access to more than 12,000 offices in over 2,700 cities across the country. We cover more than 350,000 depositions each year and retrieve more than 400,000 records.

I am overall happy to be here. I think there is a lack of communication sometimes among departments or upper management to the teams. However, I do see a lot has improved in a more positive direction since I've been here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel there wasn't room to negotiate my salary or PTO based on my industry experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team consists of very positive, knowledgeable, and motivated people. Everyone is willing to jump in and help each other out.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy to be a part of a successful team. I look forward to working closely with my colleagues each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the company does a lot to show the employees they are valued with virtual events, raffles, praise, etc. I also enjoy the positive emails from the CEO each month.
