U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 based on a single, somewhat audacious goal: become the first nationwide,
all-inclusive litigation support company.
Over two decades later, we have over 1,000 employees, a network of nearly 5,000 independent court reporting professionals and can provide on-demand access to more than 12,000 offices in over 2,700 cities across the country. We cover more than 350,000 depositions each year and retrieve more than 400,000 records.

I can see the positive changes. The only thing I don't like is the pay, we're provided the opportunities but the pay doesn't match. When I counteroffer the salary I was told, well you're making x amount of dollars more than you were making but that doesn't mean I'm making what I should in my depart.
What makes you most happy at work?
My department colleagues and I actually enjoy what I do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
She is very understanding and helpful. She also encourages department engagement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home so, I can't really answer this question outside of my team. We host a few office activities throughout the year, so that's a positive thing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone gets along, very helpful, and extremely resourceful because we all come from different departments. If someone is out or you're overwhelmed with your work load we all pitch in, no questions asked. My team is the best, hands down and I love it!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been in this industry for over 12 years and requested what the average person with my experience should receive and it was denied. On top of that, salary workers received below-average merit increases. However, I LOVE what I do and the people I work with but I'm not receiving what I deserve.
