Friendly co-workers! Terrible salary or position development & little support from higher-ups who - despite some wonderful exceptions - are generally more concerned with impressing their boss than actually doing a good job. Pay & bonus level depend on 'knowing the right people'. It's awful.

Interacting with my team members, they're great people!

Good questions asked, comfortable atmosphere and conversations. Very relaxed.

Good, hard working and genuine people who care about each other and appreciate each others contributions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers. Working together to solve problems (including those caused by inexperienced or clueless upper management)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring people with proven value and experience in their area. Often 'friends of the boss' get hired which means people who actually do the work get sick of them an go to competitors, particularly since the pay at Ubi isn't great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Multiple great employees at my studio have gone YEARS without a pay increase, not even for inflation. Zero. That should be unacceptable at an entertainment leader like Ubisoft and corporate HR should be monitoring things across all studios to see it does not happen.
