Communication with staff. Honestly with applicants about job expectations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hourly pay is good but with working conditions, still not worth it.

Better staffing would go a long way towards fixing a lot of problems.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The MHAs are excellent. Coworkers are great but they are also in the same situation.
