What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance. It's pretty good, my copay isn't bad, and almost everywhere is in network.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because they pay everyone by exception and not by education Example why would the CEO pay a driver with no education than a Licensed Inpatient Therapist

The best thing about my team within the commercial billing department is that they all can hold their own and keep up a good workflow separately but still can also work together effectively and are always willing to help another team member.
