What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer recognized my level of professional expertise and experience and chose me for the position. However, the facility I was placed at cannot deliver the services that I was selected to market.
They are clear about your job duties. HR at my hospital is way more than just underqualified for her job, but the supervisor who was at my interview was very knowledgable and knew what type of person would be needed for the role.
Great questions and great explanations of expectations.
They offered me a job there.

If I had known this was already yet experience about my interview process I would not have done it. Clearly there is extreme miscommunication in the company, and or forethought in general if they are wanting true experience transparency, but the only questions asked are about your interview process

Peer interview process included multiple staff nurses and not administrators
That the doctors got to choose their employee's, they are a great judge of character and we have a good team.
First, i had to show up and asked to be seen when we first opened, because though my qualifications matched the job,, the application process didn't flag me. After getting the interview it was fairly smooth.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have someone with some intelligence do them.
HR is not very communicative. They are slow to process applications.

Better organization and starting salaries that are competitive
Dont hire people on the spot. It makes you look desperate and sends red flags to the candidate.
Maybe not be truthful on the conditions you are sending us on to the floor with.
They can work on being more accepting to all kinds of people instead of catering to heteronormative standards throughout the workplace.
