Engaged mostly, some of touch with reality. Have forgotten what it was like as a staff member.
Compassionate and try to be understanding
Communication, teamwork, open door and consistency
Easy to communicate with on a daily basis.
Not much. They are all about the money and not at all about patient or staff care and safety.
Fun and engaging team to work with

Good at what they do
They're down to earth, available, and willing to help.
I lack no good things to say. Extremely poor management. No service excellence being performed. I highly suggest corporate do pop up visit. More so to site that are the lowest end of all reports for facikity performance
listen to the employees please
Review from Customer Success Dept
My leads always are helpful and informative. They never scold me for making simple mistakes and tell me what I should do better next time.
Leading by example, greata work ethic
the C.E.O. is constantly trying to make improvements so staff will stay,, her door is always open to listen to our concerns,,,,

Review from Operations Dept
Put patients before profits, support staff.
Staff retention. They are more worried about productivity then patient/nurse safety. They have newer unqualified nurses as Charge and no educators.
Not just listening. Hearing and acting. Egos in the way.
Review from Customer Support Dept
They treat their employees poorly and threaten their employees if you are unable to stay over to work longer because they are short staffed.
Recognize the need for better staffing.
No one at Hermitage Halls cares about the treatment of the abused and traumatized children. Staff enjoys putting residents in holds, inappropriately recalling residnts' trauma, and ignoring their basic needs for food, hygiene, and medical attention.
They need structure, organization and some one to take care about the employees and patients
Communication would be super helpful
Everything and not practice favortism
Communication with staff. Honestly with applicants about job expectations.
Tone of voice to staff when requesting duties
Staff appreciation and safety of patients
Communication, trusting their team and staff, learning to better work with each other, practice service excellence and transparency.
Everything including help out when staff is short which is every day
