I am new to the team, but so far we are short staffed, under paid, and lack supplies needed, but the market is poor
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All are new to the job. We are just working things out now. We are trying to make positive changes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working, and willing to put in extra effort to cover the shifts that we have no one assigned to.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
As I said before, we are under paid, short staffed, and need better equipment at some locations, but the market in Laredo TX is poor
What makes you most happy at work?
The future plans for our area. We have great plans if we can impliment them and get more staff. With the plans we have the money should come to allow us to get proper pay
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel rhat with 17 years of experiance I should het paid closer to what I recieved as a staff technologist in Austin Tx market now that I am a Supervisor of Radiology and over 3 locations.
