Overall I cannot believe how fortunate I am to have found my way to UiPath. I have grown personally, professionally, been deeply rewarded in many ways, been able to truly provide great value, and most importantly I've had fun doing it with a group of brilliant people.

I'm surround by intelligent, unique, and brilliant people. It's inspiring.

I've never felt valued before. This job showed me appreciation and compensation that I've never known before.

Equity for all employees is a very powerful statement. I believe and trust they are looking out for us. We have a well rounded benefits package and a very solid compensation structure.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview process was very different from what it is today. I think we still truly struggle to have an effective interview process. It's improved a bit in 2020 but still have a long road for growth
What makes you most happy at work?
It's not a single component. However when I am giving opportunities, freedom and responsibility to manage my work / lifestyle, I often find myself dancing. I get feedback from coworkers and leaders that I'm doing good work, and I'm going it my way. It feels amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Daniel Dines especially has managed to be a highly technical leader who has also managed to be a visionary leader. He chose the right values and has managed to be a key figure in the cultural success of the company as we've changed so much so quickly
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work in PreSales and have been surrounded by inspiring people, hard workers, deeply intelligent, delightful to interact with, open to learning and always will to teach. Finding a group of brilliantly talented and social people has brought me up to a higher level of operated. I am honored
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Humility. It's an antidote to many of the themes that plague American businesses and corporate structure. We are far from perfect, and constantly have to steer the ship back to humility balanced with boldness. But It makes a difference that it's in our language, our values, and how to view eachother
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to work with brilliant people, be challenged but successful, constantly learn and constantly teach. When I am able to balance all these things the challenges with the fun and even carve out enough time for a work life balance, I am truly deeply happy to be here. Blessed even.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
So far the focus on humility and maintain as 'flat' of hierarchy has helped also support a phenomenal leadership structure in the company. Everyone has the ability to lead, and thus when you look around you are surrounded by leaders. Tons of support and from the very top we have a strong vision.
