What is the best part about your compensation package?
The perks you typically find at a start up (pre-covid) - free lunch, unlimited vacation days, health stipend etc.

You have a chance to prove yourself and work for more. It is my belief that, if you're unhappy with your pay here, you're either not advocating for yourself (not so much tooting your own horn; more so showing people what you're capable of) or your current skill set doesn't beget higher pay.

Everyone genuinely likes each other and gets along. It makes work enjoyable when you like the people you work with.
