Potentially 20% bonus on top of good base salary.

We have a rather diverse group of leaders, from experience and skill sets to leadership style and personality.

We are encouraged to make mistakes and learn from them. Given opportunities. People are judged as people and for potential.

I like knowing that I'm making a difference in the organization and feeling like I'm an integral part to the bigger picture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Different personalities that work well on their own and together. For the most part, we have a fun group of intelligent, hardworking people who just want to get stuff done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're safe to fail here. It's a natural part of learning, and we're not condemned for the little mistakes that inevitably happen when the work is abundant and fast-paced. People who want to learn do and are free to maximize on their strengths and explore weaknesses without judgment. Truly special.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You have a chance to prove yourself and work for more. It is my belief that, if you're unhappy with your pay here, you're either not advocating for yourself (not so much tooting your own horn; more so showing people what you're capable of) or your current skill set doesn't beget higher pay.
