Everything is very fast pace here and things change every single day. I love the fact i am constantly learning and exploring new technology. I LOVE LOVE LOVE our culture because my team is very close and we work hard but we also know how to laugh and support each other

Open communication, receptive, establish meaningful relationship with leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the company value a lot about their employee and I have unlimited PTO, 401K match and stock options.

My team is amazing! We all have super similar interest and we love board games! we always have a great time when we all get together!

They are very understanding and willing to hear your thoughts and help along the way. not just a really coding evaluation but like a culture fit interview as well
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I have an amazing team backing me up and provided help whenever I asked. Also that delivery product that is going to help people really makes this job meaningful
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are able to talk to our manager about our problems and concern and they would address it the best way they can. We can basically talk about everything due to their flexibility and their receptive nature. I love that I can be myself in this company
