What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team at UiPath is awesome and have a clear vision for the future of the company. Also, they are able to execute on this vision with precision.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus package that we're eligible to receive each year is very generous. Also, my base salary is above average for my role in the area that I am in.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager trusts me to do my job and does not micro-manage. This is a huge plus for me. I get to work with a lot of different technologies and companies which keeps the job interesting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
UiPath has a very open culture. The people are great and very friendly. Also, there is a public feedback channel where people can provide anonymous feedback which I think is an important thing to have in a healthy company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I don't have much to say about the interview process. It was fairly routine and communication back and forth was smooth. I had a total of three interviews and received a written offer within weeks of the first interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE my team at UiPath. It's a team that is spread out across the globe but we're all pretty close and have regular team syncs. They're always willing to lend a helping hand when I am stuck on a task.
